DUCKY: Favourites currently include Lykke Li, Florence + the Machine, A Fine Frenzy, Dead Man’s Bones … so… electronic-ish/indie/dark/heavily melodic music with killer vocals.

DUCKY: Red wine, an amazing dinner cooked for me or with me, sexy clothes and high heels

DUCKY: Yes, and it’s both an art to stalk and to deal with a stalker. I prefer flattery in small doses.

DUCKY: Classic. I don’t drive, I prefer to just look at cars.

ISPY: Whats a typical weekend like for you?
DUCKY: I work through the weekend and try to go out Sunday night for drinks.

DUCKY: I know a lot of us say this but we say it because it’s true: the community. No other site has been able to offer such a tight-knit community of models and members. So many of the Girls and members have become a significant part of my life in the past year. It’s been an amazing ride.

ISPY: Do you have any tattoos? If so,do they have meaning to them or do you just enjoy the art?
DUCKY: Why yes I do, and yes they do. 2 of them represent people who have influenced my life significantly and the rest represent certain times and interests I’ve had since I first started getting ink.

ISPY: A moment in your life you are most proud of?
DUCKY: Walking into my Catholic High School prom with my then girlfriend on my arm after she had been kicked off school grounds because we held hands in the halls once.

DUCKY: Living where I want to be, with who I want to, and how I want to. Pretty much the same as now

HEZZY: Hezzy! I’m a stripper and occasional bartender.

HEZZY: I have really weird but very picky tastes. I love the Beatles, Faith No More, Ozma, and Led Zeppelin most though.

HEZZY: I’m easy to please. Probably a day at the beach followed by dinner and maybe some Ms. Pac-Man at my favorite arcade/bar, Ground Kontrol.

ISPY: Any Stalkers that you’ve had to deal with?
HEZZY: Oh, yes. I had to get a restraining order against this girl in high school because I kissed her boyfriend. She started calling me 10+ times a day and vandalized my house, my best friend’s house, and my best friend’s car. It just been downhill from there.

ISPY: Classic car or exotic car? Why?
HEZZY: Classic! I technically own a ‘67 Camaro, if only I could afford to drive it! Classic cars are just so much more interesting to look at.

ISPY: Whats a typical weekend like for you?
HEZZY: I usually work on the weekends, but during the day I hang out with my dog and watch movies. Sometimes I get a bunch of people together and play board games. I lead a very exciting life.

ISPY: What do you love about being a Gods Girl?
HEZZY: Everything! I’ve met so many great people and got to do so many awesome things, like go to a tattoo expo and a comic convention.

ISPY: Do you have any tattoos? if so, do they have meanings to them or do you just enjoy the art?
HEZZY: I have a bunch. 11 I think? All of them have some kind of meaning, although one of them is just my friend and fellow GG’s signature.

ISPY: A moment in your life you are most proud of?
HEZZY: I placed third in a pole dancing competition a few weeks ago. That was pretty cool. That, or graduating from culinary school, which was incredibly difficult and stressful.

ISPY: Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years?
HEZZY: I have no idea. We’ll see what happens. I’d like to be a rock star (HA), traveling, or interviewing people in some capacity.

ASHLEA: My name is ashlea louise, but some know me as serenity. I am a volunteer coach and work at a sports office.

ASHLEA: I listen to a wide variety of music. It can go from classical to grind to acoustic to hip hop. sublime, steve miller band, atmosphere, and sole are some of my favorites.

ASHLEA: YES!! I’ve had to move around a bit and have changed my number countless times. I still get the creepy myspace stalkers all the time, but I’d rather have those than ones I’ve dealt with before.

ASHLEA: Bugatti veyrons are soo sick, classic cars sexy, buuut I’m more of a truck or bike girl myself.

ASHLEA: My marriage. it’s rough, but so beautiful and I would not change it for anything in the world

ISPY: Whats a typical weekend like for you?
DARCY: I’m excessivly lazy on the weekend. I pretty much post-up in my blanket fort and catch up on all of the TV shows I missed during the week due to studying, lurk GG, return e-mails and recharge for the week ahead. Occasionally I’ll wonder outside the fort to play COD4 and Super Nintendo or attend a shoot. I’m clearly living life on the edge.

ISPY: What do you love about being a Gods Girl?
DARCY: The community is so great. I’ve met so many wonderful members and girls. It is definitely a positive aspect of my life.

DARCY: I have eight tattoos that all have very significant meaning to me that pertain to their own little story and part of my life.

DARCY: Chucks are so comfortable but heels make my legs look fantastic.. I will be forever torn.

ISPY: A moment in your life you are most proud of?
DARCY: I am most proud of the moment I had the balls to throw all my shit in my car and move from a po-dunk city in Indiana to the glorious NYC. The subway still scares me on occasion.

DARCY: Graduated from College with a solid job and still participating in the art of photography that I love. Hopefully I’ll be making mad bank, yo.

ADINA: Watching my little brothers growing up makes me feel reeeeaaally proud

LYSI: Name’s Lysi (Liz-ee) and I am currently an environmental canvasser, but I am a certified phlebotomist as well

LYSI: Pretty much anything good. I listen to a lot of hip hop and underground rap, and I love classic country, travel-folk, riot grrl, Zydeco-punk, metal, crust punk, ska, and classic rock

LYSI: Me and a cute girl riding our bikes along the train tracks, having a picnic with a bottle of whiskey, exploring abandoned buildings, then hanging out on a rooftop and making out under the stars. *sigh*

ISPY: Any Stalkers that you’ve had to deal with?
LYSI: This guy who lives in the complex across from me likes to follow me while I’m at work, he won’t sign any petitions or write to his senators, but he does like to talk about his genitalia and tell me in detail about the day I moved into my building and he watched me from his window. He’s creepy and he’s probably gonna get his ass kicked.

LYSI: Though it does feel wonderful riding around in my friends mustang pretending to be rich, I’d have to go with none of the above. My bicycle is the best thing in the world and I get around just fine with it.

ISPY: Whats a typical weekend like for you?
LYSI: Hanging out with my friends drinking beers, wandering around the city going on random adventures, watching zombie movies, and sleeping late.

ISPY: What do you love about being a Gods Girl?
LYSI: Everything! specifically i love how close and friendly the community is, I love that it gives me a way to express myself both creatively and sexually, and that I choose how I am represented. It is very empowering, and all of the models are sexy and amazingly cool.

ISPY: Do you have any tattoos?
LYSI: I have four tattoos and about ten more in planning. My half sleeve means the most to me. It’s the cover of a book called the anything box which is about a girl who finds a portal to another world in a box. She can go anywhere she imagines whenever she wants to get away from the harsh reality of her everyday life. This really speaks to me as I am somewhat of an idealist. Inside of her hands the little girl holds a burning city. This represents my desire for change in the world, my belief in revolution, and hope for a society that is equal for all people. My knuckles say ‘Fight Back’, not in a violent way, but as in fighting all forms of oppression and hatred, misogyny, and ignorance. Fighting for what I believe in and standing up for what’s right, having it right there on my hands constantly reminds me of what I stand for.

LYSI: I liked chucks better before they got bought out by Nike (yuck) but they’re still a hell of a lot more comfortable than heels. heels are sexy as hell though, and i recently learned how to walk in them, lol.

ISPY: A moment in your life you are most proud of?
LYSI: Becoming a model, it has done so much for my self-esteem and it is an amazing outlet for me. Also, finishing my phlebotomy course was the realization of a long-time goal of mine and it felt really great to accomplish that.

ISPY: Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years?
LYSI: I would like to be happy, living in the east bay in california (i love the bay), hopefully in love, making a difference in my environment everyday, working in public health, finishing up my nursing degree, and surrounded by friends. That would be amazing. =)

ANAIS: My name is quinn, though you may know me as anais. I am a hairstylist and pretend writer.

ISPY: What type of music do you listen to?
ANAIS: I’ll always have a soft spot in my heart for cheesy long island screamo (on the might of princes, niel perry, malady, etc.), new wave kinda stuff (’til tuesday, talking heads, joy division, bowie) rock kinda stuff (the stooges, led zeppelin, queen), electro dance i guess is what you would call it (sohodolls, css, yeah yeah yeahs) and hip hop (o.d.b., ludacris, missy elliot, method man).

ANAIS: Only a 16 year old that works at a sandwich shop near my salon. It has nothing to do with my web nudity though. and he really just follows me around the parking lot sometimes…

ANAIS: Classic car. I love the fins on the back ends, how humongous they are, and the defined headlights. could definitely use a black convertible ‘57 corvette and a loooong long drive.

ANAIS: Smoking ridiculous amounts of pot, writing, taking pictures, hanging out with a werewolf. Every now and then I’ll venture downtown for a few drinks with friends.

ANAIS: The community is really great. I’ve met some of my favorite people through godsgirls, and become closer to some people I had known for years prior. the content is consistent and amazing; it’s comforting to know you’re a part of something that has integrity, originality and big personality.

ANAIS: I have 8 tattoos. every item in the tattoo on my upper right arm is a symbol for a member in my family, my chest is my profession (jolly rodger with scissors instead of crossbones) and the view-master is my metaphysics dedicated tattoo.

ANAIS: Recently clients of mine have been leaving notes for me about how much they love their hair. makes my day every time.

ANAIS: Out of texas, 3 books of prose published, living surrounded by trees, drinking chai and writing in foliage shadows. with a badass couture hair portfolio, working with amazing photographers and fashion designers.

SKYLAR: If I’m not traveling, then I’m home. Probably writing, drawing, or reading. I’m a nerd I guess

SKYLAR: All the beautiful women that I get to drool over. I’ve also become friends with quite a few people from the site and I think that’s great. I like making new friends.

ISPY: Do you have any tattoos?
SKYLAR: I have four tattoos that I drew out and they each have meaning to me. My zombie holding a severed head is probably my favorite tattoo. I got that one because I’m obsessed with The Dead and I’m hoping that theZombie Apocalypse happens during my lifetime. The one on my inner arm is a piece I got done after a good friend of mine passed. It’s an old man holding a stop watch with skulls in his jacket, my symbolism for death and time then anything else. I have the Phantom of the Opera mask from the Dario Argentino film. My last tattoo is Boxing Helena (cool movie), with lyrics from The Misfits song.

SKYLAR: Trekking through the dense, humid jungle of Columbia, South America for six days to see The Lost City.

FINCH: Lately I’m stuck on Mirah and the Decemberists. Occasionally I’ll go back in time and listen to The Decline (NOFX) or Propagandhi, or go back even farther for Little Feet and David Bowie, or maybe pull up youtube videos of M.I.A and Snoop Dogg.

ISPY: What would be the perfect date for you?
FINCH: Meet for a drink (whiskey or bourbon please), go eat at my favorite restaurant, maybe smooch a little on the walk home, maybe or maybe not end up in bed together later.

ISPY: Any Stalkers that you’ve had to deal with?
FINCH: Ugh, yes. Just the one, praise be for gmail filters and mustering the ability to tell him to fuck right off.

ISPY: Classic car or exotic car? Why?
FINCH: Classic. I grew up surrounded by old BMW’s and there is just something so timeless about vehicles from way back when.

ISPY: Whats a typical weekend like for you?
FINCH: That depends on what’s happening in the city (San Francisco) since it seems like there’s always some sort of convention, concert or food related event, but there is always coffee first thing in the morning, maybe going out to brunch, sometimes bicycle rides to the big Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning, sometimes making dinner with friends, sometimes playing board games or D&D.

ISPY: What do you love about being a Gods Girl?
FINCH: I would be lying if I didn’t say the boobs. Alllll of the pretty, pretty boobs.

ISPY: Do you have any tattoos?
FINCH: I have some tattoos, my very first one ever

 was the snail on my right side, which came from the site CREATURES IN MY HEAD and the lovely artist Andrew Bell. The caption on the drawing is “took a while… but it was worth it.”

My chest tattoo is a big long story that I chronicled on FLICKR but basically was inspired by the place where I grew up. I think it’s very important for tattoos to have a lot of meaning for the person wearing them.

FINCH: Of the options, high heels. I’ve never particularly liked the way Chucks fit on/look on my feet, but I am more likely to be seen in flats or barefeet than anything else.

ISPY: A moment in your life you are most proud of?
FINCH: Moving to San Francisco.

FINCH: What I’m doing right now is pretty nice, if that continues I would be pleased.
